The scene is from the 1990 Egyptian film ‘The Good, The Bad and The Wicked’ (‘Al Wahsh w’el Tayeb w’el Shares’ الطيب و الشرس و الوحش) which starred Saeed Saleh, Waheed Seif, Wafaa Amer, Samira Sedky and Younes Shalabi. Thank you to mrggdngll for ID-ing the dancer. What a detective!!
