This is Egyptian actress Nahla Salama dancing in a scene from the 1992 film ‘Keid al Awalem’ (كيد العوالم).  In this film Mahmoud Hamida plays Hosni, a club owner who makes a habit of marrying his current leading bellydancer and taking all her money.  His former wives, who include bellydance legend Lucy in a solely acting role, get together to retrieve their money.
