This is Nelly Mazloum dancing in a scene from the 1949 Egyptian film ‘Sahibat al Malalim’ (صاحبة الملاليم usually titled ‘She Has Only a Few Piastres’). The film starred Shadia, Ismail Yassin, Mohamed Fawzi and Hind Rostom.
