The film starred comedian Ismail Yassin along with Mahmoud al Meliji, Zomoroda, Zeinat Sedki and Abdel Wares Asar. The film featured Nadia Riaz who doesn’t seem to have been in any other films save this one. The singer is Mohamed el Kahlawy (محمد الكحلاوي).

This is a scene from the Egyptian film ‘Tahia al Rijjala’ (Long Live Men تحيا الرجالة) and the dancer is Samiha Tawfik. The film was released in 1954 and starred Karem Mahmoud, Sherifa Maher, Abdul Salem al Nabulsi and Zeinat Sedki.
Born in 1928, Samiha Tawfik had a long career as both an actress and an on-screen dancer. Her brother, El Toukhy Tawfiq, was also a well known film actor and fight scene arranger. They both started their careers working in a circus with their father. Samiha Tawfik retired from show business in 1987 and passed away in 2010.

Egyptian actress/dancer Lebleba dances in a scene from a 1983 film ‘Innahoum Yassriqoun al Aranib’ (They Steal Rabbits انهم يسرقون الارانب) in which she starred along with Samir Ghanem, Gamil Rateb and Seif Allah Mokhtar. The film’s a comedy that tells the story of a couple who discover a crook’s plan to rob a bank and decide to beat him to it and rob the bank themselves. That’s what they’re trying to do while Lebleba performs to distract everyone but things go downhill from there.
Trivia: Lebleba is of Armenian descent and is a cousin of child actress Feyrouz.
Taheya Karioka is the dancer in this scene from the 1951 Egyptian film ‘Khada’ani Abi’ (My Father Tricked Me خدعني أبي) which starred Mahmoud Zulfikar (also spelt Zou El Faqqar) along with Lebanese diva Sabah and Stefan Rosti. The male singer in this clip is Mahmoud Shekuku.
This scene is from the 1955 Egyptian drama ‘Thawrat al Madina’ (Revolution in the City or A Town’s Revolt ثورة المدينة ) which starred Sabah as Fatima, Mohamed Fawzi as Ahmed and Hussein Riad as Fatima’s father. In this scene, the young Fatima (played by Doha Amir) and her father have gone to the cinema to watch the 1950 movie ‘Amir el entikam’. In the scene they’re watching the dancer performing in the film is Samia Gamal.
In the end the father can’t prevent his daughter sitting next to either one or other of the unrelated boys so the father puts on his fez and he and his daughter leave the theatre in the middle of the film.
This is bellydancer Nabila Metwali in a clip taken from a Lebanese tv game show. She was very popular in Lebanon in the 1980s and 1990s and I’m told that she is now living in the US.
